Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders of $150 or more. Discount codes apply before the shipping threshold is calculated.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking information.
US Domestic Shipping
Standard US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order ships. Processing time is in addition to transit time. Orders below $150 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is coming soon. Rates, customs duties, and delivery timelines vary by destination and are not yet available at checkout. Contact us at orders@bmit.world if you need help with an international inquiry.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email orders@bmit.world with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us at orders@bmit.world within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes limited drops, sample sale items, and certain accessories. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Bitcoin Orders
Orders paid via Bitcoin follow the same shipping and return policies as card orders. Because Bitcoin payments are irreversible, refunds for eligible returns are issued as store credit or via an agreed alternative method. When placing a Bitcoin order:
- Send the exact subtotal shown in your cart to the wallet address provided.
- Include your email address in the payment memo so we can match your payment.
- Your order enters processing once payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin network — typically within 1–3 hours.
- Contact orders@bmit.world if your payment is not matched within 24 hours.
